SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – LEEDS, WEST YORKSHIRE

Senior Quantity Surveyor vacancy – Arcus are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy practice in Leeds. The ideal candidate will possess a quantity surveying qualification or a substantial level of experience working on build projects within both the public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will be required:

  • To maintain a high level of financial and `commercial control of the project along with an excellent commercial awareness of the environment around you.
  • Identify and eliminate risks whilst maximising the project target.
  • Ensure the subcontract procurement is in line with team requirements.
  • Measure success against key benchmarks
  • Have a partnered approach to promote a partnered environment
  • Possess good presentation skills
  • Develop and manage the Quantity Surveying department across the region

Strong leadership qualities and communication skills are essential for this position and you will need to be confident with Business Development and marketing the services of the practice to new and existing clients.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR – LEEDS, WEST YORKSHIRE

Quantity Surveyor vacancy - We are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor based in our Leeds office. The role will involve taking on responsibility for day to day quantity surveying functions on a project, liaising closely with the project management team to ensure the project runs smoothly.

You will ideally have successfully completed a construction technology or surveying course, have a minimum of two years experience and you will need strong communication skills and be able to work independently and in a team.
