Clerk of Works / Quality Control Surveyor – required for a major housing investment project in Manchester. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for supervision of works on site, overseeing window replacements, re-roofing, external redecorations and central heating installations. Candidate must be familiar with current Construction Legislation, have relevant experience and possess good interpersonal skills, as they will be required to work in tenants’ homes.
