Decent Home Surveyor / condition Surveyor – South Yorkshire
Job Description: Arcus are urgently seeking to appoint a Decent Homes Surveyor to assist with the delivery of a large Social Housing project. The position is suitable for an individual with experience in undertaking decent homes surveys and/or building surveys, maintenance surveys, condition surveys. Duties to include surveying tenanted properties, liaising with tenants and contractors, electronic logging and reporting. Collected information to comply with decent home standards. See AB/102
