Senior chartered building surveyor – Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Senior chartered building surveyor vacancy – We are currently seeking to employ an experienced, commercially minded and enthusiastic Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to front a major project in Sheffield.
The role will involve project managing a key housing programme and a minimum of two years' social housing experience is required.
The successful senior chartered building surveyor will play a key role in the further development of the company and will act as a member of a team; their duties/responsibilities will include preparing specifications and drawings, inspecting and surveying building works and contract administration, as well as project managing major programmes of work.
You will ideally have successfully completed a construction technology or surveying course, have a minimum of five years experience and be familiar with AutoCAD.
