PROJECT ARCHITECT – MANCHESTER, NORTH WEST
Project Architect vacancy – We are looking to recruit a talented and commercially minded Project Architect to join our busy and friendly Manchester office and play a key role in the further development of our professional and design services across the region.
We are looking for an Architect with minimum of 2 years experience (RIBA/ARB registered). Experience within the residential and commercial sectors are preferred. Applicants should have experience of running projects from planning to completion and dealing with clients and contractors. Proved technical knowledge and AutoCAD experience are essential.
The ideal person will have design flair as well as detailed knowledge of UK Building regulations, CAD and the ability to ensure the production of detailed and accurate drawing. The successful applicant will have strong team working and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on a variety of projects in both the public and private sector.
This is an opportunity for the right person to make a large impact in this practice and the post offers excellent levels of responsibility and freedom together with involvement on projects at all stages from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will have a recognised technical qualified and will ideally have experience working on Residential projects for Social Housing, although this is not essential.
You will have sound knowledge of current UK Building regulations with ability to produce working drawing packages on CAD. You must have good technical knowledge with the ability to work under your own initiative. Key skills required include;
